It's time for my bi-annual journal entry... or however long it usually is... Ha! Thanks again to everyone I've been watching, and 'favorite-ing.' I still lurk the pages of DA hunting for inspiration or just stuff that's just damn good to look at. I continue on my personal pursuit of drawing still, attempting to hone my craft when life permits, although a lot of that stuff doesn't make it on here. Sometimes, I'm just not sure it's worth the effort to have to put up with the occasional troll, but really, I'm just to lazy to scan and think up words for my pictures... I'll probably have quite a few entries that are few and far between, (last one was 2012, wow.) However, I just wanted to pop in and put out the word that I intend to post a bit more soon. I have a new bit of tech, (Surface Pro 2) which I'm finding to be a delight for sketching and such. Anyway, I have some ideas for some other things I could actually post in the Journal, but we'll see how it goes.

I'm currently pursuing the dream, and attending an art school. I am finding it is incredibly helpful when you're trying to learn how to draw. I've spent days in the past looking at books, videos, online tutorials, and nothing has helped me improve faster than having a teacher who can give you direct feedback. At any rate, please by kind to my gallery, and I accept and encourage constructive criticism. Also, I tend to ignore rude/negative comments. To all those I'm watching, I'm grateful and inspired by your works. Looking at the art on DA alongside my studies has been helpful in developing my own skills. Good luck to you all!
